STORIES OF PRECIOUS NEW LIFE

These sessions are timeless and minimalistic in nature. Your baby will be posed with props such as buckets, beds, and furs. For all of those squishy poses, my assistant and I will support the baby on a solid color fabric. These are the best photos for seeing the cute little newborn details (I love baby toes). The session will also include wrapped photos. I have wraps in every color and will coordinate the wrap to go with your color preferences.

STYLED Newborn
A styled session is the most popular option for newborns. Part of the session will include a set that is unique to YOU. If you desire a seasonal photo, love a hobby, are a big sports fan, or are proud of your career, you will love getting a styled set. The other part of the session will include classic newborn poses. Your baby will be positioned in many different adorable poses. Parents love getting a customized gallery, whether that be unique to their careers, hobbies, or house décor.

Parent and family poses are some of the sweetest images I capture. Seeing the new baby in Daddy's hands or watching big siblings snuggle their new baby just makes me melt. It is so special when family members are part of the session!

Congratulations on your new baby! This is such a special time and you are going to cherish the new images that adorn your walls! I have everything you need for your newborn photos including wraps, props, and outfits. Prior to booking I can answer all of your questions and let you know how I can serve you. So, let's connect and make a plan for your newborn session.
1. Say Hello
A paid session fee and signed agreement are required to secure your session. Your session is not reserved until these are complete. Upon booking, I will add your due date to my calendar. I take a limited number of newborns each month. Early booking is highly recommended.
I try to schedule newborn sessions within the first two weeks after birth. In some situations this is not possible and it is no problem to work around the needs of the baby.
Newborn sessions take place on weekday mornings at 9:30 AM.
3. BOOK YOUR SESSION
I offer a variety of backdrops to match your taste and style. Upon booking, you will receive a session questionnaire. This will help me plan sets that are matched to you.
Your baby will be positioned in many different adorable poses. Parents love getting a customized gallery, whether that be unique to their careers, hobbies, or house décor. Sessions take place at my commercial studio in downtown Powell, Ohio. I provide everything you need, but I am also happy to include your family heirlooms or special clothing.
You can expect to be at the studio for 2-3 hours for your newborn's session. Make yourself at home in one of the seating areas and enjoy some complimentary refreshments. While you wait for the session to finish you can relax and look over the available products to purchase.
4. UNIQUE SESSION
Within a week after your session you will get a link in your inbox for your proofing gallery. You will then select your favorite images that you would like for final editing. Once you know how many photos you love, you will purchase the digital collection and products for those photos. The final edited images will be ready within 3 weeks after you have made your purchase. Printed products may take an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive. I try my best to get final photos back to my clients in a very timely manner!

Parents love their newborn sessions with me and have given me a solid 5-star rating on Google. I provide safety, comfort, creativity, and a gallery full of variety.
To secure your newborn session, a creative fee and a signed contract are required. The creative fee covers my time and talent as the photographer, a safety assistant, as well as full use of the studio, props, and wardrobe.
Prints and products are purchased separately.

Once your proofs are ready, you will pick your favorite images and select the digital collection and products that will look best in your home.

It was so special incorporating the careers and hobbies of Cameron's parents. They are educators, die hard OSU Buckeye fans, and love to travel. Cameron is also the grandson of a retired pilot, which explains the airplane prop. He was amazing at posing, so his gallery is full of variety!

Sanai's mom wanted some purple and pink sets with butterflies. Dad requested gold, so I pulled out the star fabric She looked great in all the colors and the gold leaf headband was the perfect touch! Another gallery full of color and variety.

Benjamin was a tad older than most of the newborns I get to work with, but he rocked his session. At 6 weeks old he was fairly alert, which required additional patience, but he was content and so adorable! To settle him down I wrapped him in a good swaddle. Some of those images are my favorite. He made the perfect round potato baby!

SAFETY IS MY PRIORITY
I have many safety measures in place to make every pose comfortable and secure, including using weights and supports. Your session also includes an assistant who will stay with the baby the entire time. Her number one job is to keep your baby safe.
My staff and I stay up to date on vaccinations, including COVID-19. In addition, we are taking precautions in the studio to protect your family during the pandemic. You need to feel comfortable when you hand your baby to us! I know how much a new parent worries (I have been there!) and I don't want you to have any concerns when working with me.
Stacey is simply AMAZING !!! She was very professional and listened to everything we requested for both the shoots and made us feel totally comfortable during the entire process. Stacey did an amazing job on our daughter's newborn photo session!!! She was fairly fussy that day, but Stacey managed to get beautiful pictures of her despite this. We loved the detailed shots she captured of our little one's features, like her hair, skin folds, and tiny feet. She was also very much flexible and patient with us for the album photo selection and the deliverables were outstanding !!! We would have made a bad choice if we have chosen anyone else other than Stacey.

Stacey and her assistant are amazing! They were very responsive to whatever our newborn needed and took great care to ensure his safety and comfort during our newborn shoot. She was very accommodating to any of our preferences and worked with us to capture photographs that were high quality and meaningful. We cannot say enough good things about Stacey and are so glad that we chose her to capture this special time in our lives!
My husband and I loved working with Stacey for our newborn photos! Her and her assistant were wonderful and so patient with our baby. The photos came out better than we could have imagined. She will work with you and make sure you get the style, colors, and themes you wish to use. Everyone that sees the finished photos say they are perfect! We even went back for 6 month photos

She has a clear, easy to understand process and is very quick to respond to emails and texts. Her studio is clean and comfortable. She happily accommodated my requests for they type and style of photos I wanted - I simply shared my vision and she did all the hard work! I showed up with a newborn, a tired toddler, and a dog. Stacey and her assistant were so gentle with my newborn and so kind to my toddler. I felt comfortable through the photo session and the resulting photos are perfect.
